1. Reply to this post, and I will pick four of your icons.
2. Make a post (including the meme info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon squee. Whoo!

I love the composition of that picture. The lovely-colored two sunsets and Marvin and Arthur sitting in whatever the round thing is appeals to me. In that situation in the movie The Hitchhiker's Guide through the Galaxy both characters feel lousy and that's why I use that icon everytime I'm depressed or angry or just done with life for the moment.

Apparently I don't use that icon very much anymore since I had to go back months to find the picture again. Anyway, I still like it, even if 44oo is cancelled and Shawn and Jordan never got together ... *coughs* I made the icon myself and although the coloring is a little bit off it's still one of the icons I put most work into (I even merged those tinly little pictures in the lower half!) and I think it turned out okay.

I don't remember where I got that icon from. Fact is I didn't make it and it's more likely than not a montage since I can't remember a single scene or photo in which Sam takes the subway. At least it looks to me like he's taking the escalator and I always connect that to the subway. Again, I like the coloring of the icon and the somewhat blurred look of the white/green ceiling ... and a further plus: Sam is wearing my favorite jacket.

I think I made that icon myself from a screencap, because I can remember brightening the colors a little bit. It's a scene from the Pilot of BBC's Robin Hood in which Robin and his servant Much see their hometown for the first time in ages. Robin is so happy to be there again and he takes time to experience every single bit of his home again, including brushing that tree. Sounds sappy, but I love that image and I may love the ribbons on his sleeve even more.
